You can take a cutting of nearly any Specimen and wedge it into a small rock or plug and place them in medium current to high current. The cutting should adhere in just a few weeks. Leather Coral Special Considerations While most Green and Brown Leather Corals do very well in low light conditions, Yellow Leather Corals require allot of light. In addition it's very important to provide Leather Corals with a good amount of current which will rid them of waste product daily. Without good circulation Leather Corals tend to become infected from bacteria build up in the dead tissue that is not be exported.
