You
can add to an order at any time up until the day prior to shipping.
Add to your order by placing a second order and in the comments
section indicate to include with a previous order (include order
number). You will NOT be charged twice for shipping or Styrofoam
containers.
Payment Options
I
accept American Express Discover Visa Master card and Paypal. I also
accept money orders. and personal checks.
Order Cancellation
If
for unforeseen circumstances you need to cancel your order please
notify me within 24 hours of it being placed. Credit Card and Paypal
orders are subject to a 7% fee. Orders canceled later than 24 hours
are subject to restocking fees of no less than 10% of a livestock
order.
Shipping
Schedule
Shipments
are made Monday through Thursday. Orders placed by 9:00
pm ship approximately 2 days later. Orders placed after
wen ship the following week.
Standard
and Priority Overnight
All
shipments leave standard overnight, shipping price $29. You can upgrade to priority for
an additional $10 dollars. All orders subject
to $10.00 for handling charges (subject to change during
sales) Priority is before 10:30 AM in most cities. Check
with Fed Ex for details.
Saturday
Delivery
All
shipping is done Monday through Thursday, if you need
a Friday shipment for Saturday Delivery, there are additional
fees email me for details.
Shipment
Address and Receiving
All
shipments are sent to the address you enter in check
out, if you need an alternate address please mail me.
Package receipt requires signature, waivers not accepted.
Destination
and Tracking
I
prefer to ship to a Fed Ex shipping service center for
your pick up. This way the corals are in a climate controlled
area, rather than in a truck. The minute your air bill
is processed you will receive and email from Fed Ex
with your tracking information.
